Dan Adams, DDS

Dentist Leesburg VA

meet-dr-dan-adamsWelcome to my practice where I am completely committed to providing you with the highest quality dental care. Taking care of your oral health is not just a job to me, it’s a passion. I want to help you obtain the brightest, healthiest smile of your life for a lifetime. I believe strongly in helping my patients achieve smiles that last. I use the latest technologies and skills available in the field to provide all patients who enter my practice with the very best.

I graduated from the University of Maryland in 1975 after I served a stint in the US Navy. I went on to Georgetown University in Washington, DC for my Doctor of Dental Surgery. I worked for the US Public Health Service in Baker, WV for four years before moving here to Northern Virginia to open my own practice in Leesburg, VA.

I have loved building this office from the ground up and have remained dedicated to providing the best dental care you can find in the area. I have stayed abreast of the most current trends and advancements in modern dentistry by attending dental seminars and hands-on workshops throughout the years. I am strongly committed to continuing education and find myself continually excited by the prospects of more efficient and better ways to provide high quality dental care.

Professional Collaboration

I also see being involved with other professionals as one of the best ways to provide the best care. I am a member of several organizations including the LD Pankey Institute and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. I served as their Chesapeake chapter’s Secretary/Treasurer and was given the award for Outstanding Leadership first in 1997 and again in 1998.

Personal Philosophy

My approach with each patient is to provide the same care I would want for any member of my own family or myself. In other words, I provide care to help achieve beautiful and healthy smiles that last a lifetime. I look forward to meeting each patient and building long-term relationships. Providing high quality care is its own incredible reward, and I look forward to coming to the office each day knowing that I will be spending my time amongst friends.

Outside the Office

I frequently return to West Virginia to see my mother. I find that, when there, I can really unwind and enjoy some of my favorite activities including fishing and hiking. I never tire of revisiting old train stations and hiking along the railroad tracks I remember from my days as a boy.

I have never been shy with my interests and proudly display some of the many photographs I have taken of the area around New River Gorge in West Virginia. Every October I return there for “Bridge Day.”

I enjoy the latest features on the History Channel, NASCAR, and memories of boating. The true love of my life now is my granddaughter.
